THE FIRST RESPONDER

Firefighters, Police, EMS. This is a comprehensive training and nutrition program designed to develop strength and fitness with a focus on equipping the body for arduous and repetitive physical demands.

To ensure that you stay on track and make the most out of your program, we provide consistent progress monitoring. This includes regular check-ins to track your progress, make adjustments if needed, and keep you motivated along the way. Our bi-weekly Zoom coaching calls are an opportunity for you to connect with me as your coach who will provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer support throughout your journey.

In addition to the training aspect, we also focus on optimizing your nutrition. Our program includes macronutrient setting which means we'll calculate your ideal balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats for your specific goals. This personalized approach ensures that you're fueling your body with the right nutrients to support your workouts and achieve optimal results.

To make the program even more convenient for you, we offer a weekly in-app check-in. This allows you to easily track your progress, log your workouts and meals, and stay accountable to your goals. My "Why"

As a former firefighter, I know how hard it is to fit exercise, sleep, and proper nutrition into an already grueling shift schedule that demands so much of our physical selves. Unfortunately, I also know how difficult it can be to recover from an injury after de-prioritizing aspects of personal health and wellness because of a hectic schedule. 

Even after years as an athletic trainer and fitness coach, I find myself routinely going "back to basics" to ensure that my foundational functional abilities are as strong and capable as I need them to be in my daily life. In the vastness of online trainers advertising quick gains, unrealistic time commitments, always-or-never language, and aesthetics focused outcomes, I am driven by my passion to provide solutions based programs that are tailored for real people, real life, and real goals.
