I’ve been training with T-Martin Fitness for about 5 months now. Since joining this elite programming, my fitness levels have taken off! As a first responder and K9 handler, I look for programs that help me stay functional while also maintaining strength and conditioning. This programming has done that and beyond. I’ve gained strength, became more flexible and mobile, and my conditioning has improved. A few years after becoming a nurse, I found myself stuck in rut of unhealthy habits. I'm not much into doing cardio. I do it for the soul purpose of being effective at my job. And even then I need that extra push. Trevor and I were talking one day and he said I think I can help you out and reach your goals. That's when I started his program. With a little hard work and consistency I quickly noticed a difference in my endurance. It really stuck out to me one day on a structure fire. My Captain and myself were given the task of completing a primary search. My Captain was a very slim guy who did nothing but cardio and seemed to last forever on a bottle of air. Once we completed the search I took a look at my Captains bottle then a look at mine and we had breathed the same amount of air. And still had time to work. I stand behind Trevors knowledge, program, and experience. He has a goal of helping people in the first responder world be the best at their job!
